Vous voulez faire de la pizza maison ce soir – recette de pâte

Ingrédients

500 grammes de farine à pain (utilisez n'importe quelle combinaison de farine)

16 grammes de sel de mer fin

2 grammes de levure sèche active

350 grammes d'eau chaude, environ 105 F

Procédure

1. Mélangez tous vos ingrédients secs dans un bol et fouettez.

2. Ajouter de l'eau tiède dans le mélange de pâte et bien mélanger. Épousseter légèrement une surface de travail, retirer le mélange et pétrir pendant 2 minutes. Couvrir et laisser reposer 30 minutes.

3. Après 30 minutes, pétrir à nouveau la pâte pendant 2 minutes. Remettez dans un bol, couvrez d'une pellicule plastique ou d'une serviette humide et laissez la preuve pendant 2 heures, elle doublera de taille.

4. Retirer du bol, diviser en portions égales, nous avons fait 3 boules de pâte. Ensuite, boulez la pâte et placez-la sur un plateau de feuilles. Couvrez d'une pellicule plastique pendant une heure ou deux et préparez-vous à faire de la pizza!

5. Si vous avez des restes de pâte (ouais non?), Placez-les dans un récipient légèrement huilé et jetez-les au réfrigérateur. C'est bon pendant au moins une semaine …
